Council of Representatives
The Council of Representatives is the highest decision-making body in the Student Union. Its 40 members are elected every second year in the representative elections. In the elections, every Student Union member registered as present has the right to vote and stand for election.
The next representative elections are held in November 2013!
The Council of Representatives appoints the Student Union's Executive Board and decides on Tamy's outlines, such as the budget and plan of action. You can find the council's lists of decisions in their own section. All Tamy's members have the right to be present in the council's meetings. In addition, organizations and associations operating within the Student Union have the right to make initiatives to the Council of Representatives or the Executive Board.
The Council of Representatives meets approximately five times during the academic year, usually in one of the lecture halls at the University. Various different groups operate in the Council of Representatives, and discussion in the meetings is usually lively.
