Organic Food Circle

Would you like to order organic food directly from the producer? With Tamy's Organic Food Circle, it's easy and affordable! In addition to basic Finnish foodstuffs, we offer somewhat more exotic products as well. Anyone interested in organic food or local food can place an order with us!

Ordering

Orders are made online. Remember to collect your order on the pick-up day – orders are binding! Orders are picked up at the coat racks in the University Main Building's downstairs lobby between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. on pick-up days. You don't need to print out your order; the people at the pick-up have it because they use it to put your items together. It is important, however, that you check that you get the right products in the right amount! You pay your order in cash when you collect your produce. An ordering fee of €0.50 is added to your order automatically.

How the Circle works

The Organic Food Circle operates on a voluntary basis, so we need your help laying and handing out the products on pick-up days. The Circle's idea is that every customer does a two-hour shift on one of the pick-up days at least once a year and thus helps us run the Circle. You can sign up for a shift with the Circle's actives by emailing ruokapiiri@uta.fi.
