Study abroad

Degree-seeking students at the University of Tampere can apply to a student exchange either through exchange programmes or by obtaining a place of study independently. The University of Tampere has various exchange programmes with universities in different countries. For more information about the University's exchange programmes, visit their website and the International Office in the Main Building.

Most schools also have exchange programmes of their own. If you wish to know more about these, please contact the school in question. Please remember that the application process may take as long as a year, so make sure you start in time!

If you would rather work abroad than study, international work placements may be for you. For more information about work placements, contact the International Office and Tamy's Secretary for International Affairs.
